A friend sent me a music challenge with prompts by e-mail to post a song a day. I'm not very good at challenges that involve posting everyday and only usually last about 20 days so I'm not 100% hopeful, but I'll give it a go. LOL!
If the prompt reminds you of a song then please feel free to post it in the comments. You can post the song with or without an explanation it's up to you. Also PM me if you would like me to send you the prompts so you can have a bit of time to think about which song you would pick - or if you want to do the challenge in your own journal.
1. A song that you like to blast out whenever you hear it-
I grew up in a Victorian terraced house and although the walls were thick my parents always taught me to have consideration for the neighbours and to not play my music loud in my attic bedroom. WHENEVER I played this song though I would always try to push the bounderies for four minutes and turn the record player up to it's full volume!! It would be too loud for me to hear if anyone shouted for me to turn it down but my Dad had this thing where he would bang on the downstairs wooden bannister hand rail and the sound would travel up to my bedroom. So this song was always - 'turn it up really loud, and hope I could get to the end of the song before the bannister is banged' LOL!
Even listening to it just now I had to turn it up to full volume on my computer.
